Position Description

1.Education:
Master's degree or higher in Metallurgical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Metallic Materials Science, Non-ferrous Metals, or related fields.
2.Experience:
1-3 years of experience in powder metallurgy or materials R&D (exceptional recent graduates with demonstrated potential may be considered).
3.Technical Skills:
Proficient in powder metallurgy processes, including powder preparation and forming techniques (e.g., compaction, sintering).
4.Knowledge Base:
Solid understanding of fundamental materials science, including metallic materials, alloy systems, and microstructural characterization methods.
