Position Description:
1. Strictly comply with company safety regulations to ensure safe production.
2. Perform duties under the leadership of the Workshop Supervisor and the guidance of the Shift Team Leader, following management directives.
3. Complete daily tasks according to production plans and team requirements, ensuring quality and output standards.
4. Accurately understand and master the process standards, equipment specifications (including tools and fixtures), operating procedures, and potential production issues relevant to assigned tasks.
5. Properly operate and manage assembly equipment daily, ensure personal and equipment safety, and perform routine equipment maintenance.
6. Adhere to company discipline and policies, maintain on-site safety and 5S management activities, and promptly complete ad-hoc tasks assigned by superiors.
7. Actively participate in training to improve technical skills and overall competence, and submit constructive suggestions for process optimization.
